purchase Of Cleaning Services For The Norwegian Food Safety Authoritys Offices . Descriptionthe Norwegian Food Safety Authority Must Procure Cleaning For All Its Office Premises Nationally In Norway, With The Exception Of Those Offices Where Cleaning Is Either Included In An Existing Lease Agreement With The Landlord Or Where Its Own Employees Provide Cleaning. The Supplier Must Also Deliver Sanitary Items, Cleaning Items And Mats (Where Applicable). The Tender Is Divided Into 5 Sub-Contracts Based On A Geographical Division Of The Office Locations. The Norwegian Food Safety Authority Prefers Suppliers Who Have Coverage For All The Office Locations In Each Subcontract, But Knows From Experience From Previous Competitions That This Can Be Challenging. Individual Office Locations That Are Difficult To Access For Suppliers Will Be Considered For Direct Procurement Locally Where The Office Location Is Located. Cleaning Must Be Delivered In Accordance With The Ns-Insta 800 Standard For Cleaning And Cleaning Quality. The Agreement Includes Regular Cleaning And Periodic Cleaning. Please Note That The Norwegian Food Safety Authority Has Special Rooms In Several Of Our Premises That Will Require Cleaning Which May Not Be Sufficiently Covered By The Ns-Insta 800 Standard And Which Must Be Covered By Ordered Cleaning Instead. In Addition, There Is Ordered Cleaning Of Carpets, Which Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Carpet Manufacturers Recommendations And Frequency. Attached To Each Partial Contract Are Floor Plans And/Or Room Programs For Each Office Location. Times Will Be Announced For Inspections At The Individual Office Locations Where The Suppliers Themselves Must Sign Up. It Is Not An Absolute Requirement To Attend These Inspections, But It Is Recommended That You Attend As This Will Make It Easier To Make Offers.
