On The Basis Of The Procurement Procedure, A Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded According To The Provisions Of § 131 Zzvz With One Participant In The Procurement Procedure, Which Will Define The Conditions On The Basis Of Which Subsequent Individual Partial Public Contracts Will Be Awarded For The Provision Of Services According To The Current Needs Of The Contracting Authority.
