The Municipality Makes 1 Municipal Building Available For Rental For The Start-Up Phase, Namely The Building At Naaldwijkstraat 45, Which The Wca Will Rent On A Cost-Covering Basis. The Objective Is For The Wca To Be Able To Operate Financially Independently As A Social Real Estate Manager Within Three Years, Without Further Municipal Financing.
