The Objective Of The Contract To Be Concluded Is The Acquisition Of Consulting Services For The Evaluation Of The Health Program. This Service Contract Aims To Determine The Use Of The Health Program Resources Considering Criteria Such As: Effectiveness, Efficiency, Relevance, Visibility, Impact And, As The Case May Be, The Inclusive And Non-Discriminatory Character Of The Resources, Including From The Perspective Of Gender As Well As The Way In Which They Contributed To Achieving The Targets Of The New Dedicated Thematic Objectives. The Whole Evaluation Process Is Important On The One Hand For The Factors Responsible For The Implementation Of The Health Program, And On The Other Hand, For The Interested Factors, For Researchers From The Academic Environment, Etc.
