This Order Is For Service Software Support And On-Site Consulting For Ibm Spss Licenses For The Needs Of The National Statistical Institute. The Support Is For One Year And Includes The Following Activities: • Delivery Of New Subversions (Updates) And Major Versions (Upgrades) Of The Products, For The Duration Of The Contract On A Media Medium; • Consultations By Phone Regarding The Maintenance And Operation Of Products - Every Working Day From 8:30 A.M. To 6:00 P.M.; • An Unlimited Number Of Requests For Solving Problems (Cases) To Ibm, In Case Of Need When Escalating A Problem; • Service Is Provided Through A Single Entry Point (Help Desk) For All Technical Problems. Access To The Single Entry Point Is Via Telephone, Fax And E-Mail; • The Service Is Performed By Certified Specialists Whose Working Language Is Bulgarian; • The Response Time Is Up To Two Hours After Receipt Of The Request At The Single Entry Point For Service. Providing Consultations And Performing On-Site Service Activities At The Request Of Nsi, Up To 25 Man-Hours For The Installed Ibm Spss Licenses In Nsi As: • The Response Time Of The Request Is Up To Four Hours After Receipt And At The Single Entry Point For Service; • Consultations Are Carried Out By Certified Qualified Specialists In The Bulgarian Language.
