The Scope Of Construction Works To Be Carried Out As Part Of The Expansion Of The Provincial Road No. 473 Includes: • Expansion Of The Provincial Road No. 473 On The Section From Km 80+636.87 To Km 82+537.37 And From Km 83+253.00 To Km 83+848.71; • Expansion And Reconstruction Of Intersections Of Provincial Roads And Municipal Roads; • Construction Of A Walking And Cycling Path; • Demolition And Construction Of Sidewalks; • Demolition And Construction Of Exits With Covered Ditches; • Demolition And Construction Of Bus Bays; • Reconstruction Of The Road And Rail Crossing; • Demolition And Construction Of Storm Sewage Systems; • Construction Of Retention And Infiltration Reservoirs; • Demolition, Reconstruction, Construction Of Ditches; • Demolition And Construction Of Culverts; • Demolition And Construction Of Lighting; • Reconstruction Of The Power, Telecommunications And Water Supply Networks; • Planting Trees And Shrubs; • Horizontal And Vertical Markings. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Design Documentation (Construction, Executive And Technical Designs) And Stwiorbs In Accordance With Art. 103 Section 1 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019. Pursuant To The Provisions Of Article 121 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation To Personally Perform Key Tasks Related To: Execution Of Bituminous Layers Of The Road Structure (Base Layer And Binding And Wearing Layers). This Requirement Does Not Apply To The Production And Transport Of The Mineral-Bituminous Mixture. 4. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding, Within 3 Years From The Date Of Awarding The Basic Contract, To The Existing Contractor Of Services Or Construction Works, An Order Consisting In The Repetition Of Similar Services Or Construction Works, Consistent With The Subject Of The Basic Contract, Up To The Amount Of Pln 12,195,121.95 Net.
