The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Full-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Execution Of Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula, On The Basis Of Which It Will Be Possible To Implement The Task Both In Formal, Legal And Technical Terms And Perform The Works In Accordance With This Documentation, As Well As The Delivery And Assembly Of Equipment To The Extent Necessary For The Operation Of The Central Sterilization Plant As Part Of The Task Called Comprehensive Modernization And Equipment Of The Central Sterilization Center In Spzzoz In Leipzig. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 12. Design Documentation - Functional And Utility Program With Attachments. The Task Includes: - Reconstruction Of The Rooms Of The Existing Sterilization Room Together With The Adaptation Of Adjacent Rooms With Accompanying Installation Works, - Delivery And Assembly Of Equipment To The Extent Necessary For The Operation Of The Central Sterilization Room And Putting It Into Use (Handover For Use To The Hospital), - Organizing Temporary Sterilization In The Rooms Where The Npl (Night Medical Assistance) Currently Operates. As A Result Of The Modernization, It Is Planned To Rebuild And Expand The Current Central Sterilization Plant In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations, Including Meeting Fire Protection Requirements. (Accessories And Equipment Meeting Fire Protection Requirements Must Be Used). The Central Sterilization Center Should Service The Entire Hospital In A Manner Consistent With Hygienic And Sanitary Requirements. The Contractor Will Ensure The Continuity Of Operation Of The Sterilization Room By Moving Some Of The Equipment And Devices To A Temporary Location. In The Current Layout Of Rooms Where Instrument Sterilization Is Performed, It Is Not Possible To Create The Required Zonal Division, Therefore It Is Necessary To Adapt Adjacent Rooms And Use Some Of The Corridors As Communication Routes. The Planned Modernization Of The Central Styling Room Will Include Rooms With A Total Area Of ​​Approx. 100 M2. Before Decommissioning The Existing Sterilization Room, The Contractor Will Make Appropriate Adaptations Of The Indicated Rooms For The Temporary Sterilization Room And Will Transfer The Equipment And Devices From The Currently Operating Sterilization Room And Temporarily Connect Them To The Necessary Installations. It Is Necessary To Provide For The Temporary Installation Of Newly Purchased Sterilizers In A Temporary Location And Their Connection To The Necessary Installations. As Part Of The Temporary Location, The Devices Should Be Supplied With Water From The Target Wwtp Station From The Treatment Plant. The Contractor Will Report And Collect The New Devices At A Temporary Location At The Office Of Technical Inspection. Ultimately, The New Sterilizers Will Be Moved To The Renovated Central Sterilization Room. The First Stage Of Works Should Include Adapting The Rooms In The Basement For A New Water Treatment Plant And Connecting The Treated Water Installation To The Temporary Location Of The Sterilization Room.
