Tender For Miscellaneous Mechanical Works => Limited; piping and mechanical shall comprise piping fabrication & erection, equipment erection, Erection of all online instruments & specialty items, painting & insulation, supply of heavy equipment, transportation and erection of pre-fabricated spools, hydro-testing of prefabricated piping spools at various locations and scaffolding works, Flushing and testing of all piping systems as per Standard Specification for Inspection etc., structural works viz. foundation & super structure of T-supports, pipe supports & operating platforms on grade, painting, dismantling and re erection of already fabricated steel structure if required etc. It may be noted that work shop / Field shop for any Pre-fabrication, Surface preparation, Painting / coating etc., shall be located elsewhere inside the BCPL Plant premises. Contractor shall accordingly arrange for transport of material and the pre-fabricated spools shall be transported to worksite for erection. All works including assistance for Pre-commissioning/ Commissioning shall be performed as per detailed Scope of Work, Scope of Material Supply, Schedule of Rates, Specifications, Standards and drawings included in the Tender document (including addendums/amendments), codes, good engineering practice
