1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Regarding The Modernization Of School Playground No. 4 And The Modernization Of Fences And Ball Catchers On The Premises Of Primary School No. 139 At Ul. Syreny 5/7 In Warsaw.2) The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Preparatory And Demolition Works, Disposal Of Demolition Elements, B) Modernization Of Fences And Ball Catches On Pitches No. 1, 2, 3, 4 And The Playground, C) Replacement Of The Surface With Substructure And Elements On The Pitch Of Pitch No. 4, D) Cleaning Of Drainage And Modernization Of Surfaces Adjacent To Pitch No. 4, E) Removal And Disposal Of Demolition Elements Of Pitch No. 4.3) A Detailed Description, Scope Of Work And The Method Of Execution And Acceptance Of The Works Are Specified Above. Documents: A) Technical Documentation, B) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, C) Bill Of Quantities, Used For Information/Auxiliary Purposes D) Certificate No. 360/Wol/Za/2025 Of August 7, 2025 On The Lack Of Grounds For Objection To The Notification Of Construction Or Performance Of Other Construction Works (Pb-2) Of July 10, 2025, Constituting Annex No. 9 To Swz, E) Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.4) Information On The Division/Lack Of Division Of The Order Into Parts. The Ordering Party Divided The Contract Related To Construction Works In The Field Of Buildings And Sports Facilities Into Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure. This Proceeding Concerns One Of The Above-Mentioned Part Of The Order.5) Pursuant To § 3 Section 2 Of The Contract Template, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Insurance Policy For His Business With An Insured Amount Of Not Less Than Pln 1,000,000.00 (In Words: One Million Pln 00/100), Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, Which Will Cover His Contractual And Tort Liability. 6) The Ordering Party Informs That It Intends To Allocate The Gross Amount Of Pln 962,137.77 To Finance The Awarded Order. 7) Guarantee. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order, Including Built-In Materials And Devices, For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months. The Contractor May Propose Extending The Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Matter Of The Order To 60 Months. The Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers - See Chapter Xiv Of The Tor. 8) The Ordering Party Does Not Require An On-Site Visit. 9) Subcontractors: All Regulations And Requirements Regarding Subcontracting Have Been Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
