Tenders are invited for General Stationery Ii. Computer Printer Toners, Fax Cartridges, Photocopier Toners Iii. Duplicating Ink, Master Paper and Computer Printer Ribbons. A self-prepared application or the application form issued by the Base Hospital Akkaraipattu should be used for registration and copy of the Business Registration Certificate and VAT registration certificate should be attached to the application. Registration fee of each serial item of supplies or service is Rs:1000.00. Copy of receipt of the payment should be sent along with the application. Money Orders to Medical Superintendent Base Hospital, Akkaraipattu will be accepted. And separate application should be forwarded for each item.
