SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit pre-qualification documents, two (2) hard copies (1 original, 1 copy) packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as PREQ addressed to the Vice-Chancellor, University of Delta, Agbor, Delta State, First Floor, Universitys Administrative Building and clearly marked with the name of the project. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box, at the Vice Chancellors office, First floor, Universitys Administrative Building, not later than 12:00 noon, Monday, 8th December, 2025. 5.0. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS The pre-qualification documents will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon, Monday, 8th December, 2025, in the Universitys Board Room, Administrative Building, in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Please, ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register in the office of the Vice Chancellor, Administrative Building as the University will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted Bids.
