Children Have The Right To Healthy And Stable Development. The Child Protection Council (Rvdk) Stands Up For The Rights Of Children For Whom Growing Up Safely Is Not A Given. But Parents And Children Sometimes Also Need Support. By Analogy With The Youth Act, The Child Protection Council Makes Access To The Confidential Counselor Available. The Core Tasks Of The Confidential Advisor Are: • Informing And Advising Clients About Their (Legal) Position. • Supporting Clients With Questions, Problems And Complaints About The Rvdk. The Additional Tasks Are: • Contributing To The Development Of The Position Of Confidential Advisor Within The Rvdk. • Providing Information To Clients And Council Employees About The Position Of Confidential Advisor Within The Rvdk. • Signaling Developments Within The Advisory And Support Task. The Scope Of The Assignment Concerns The Deployment Of Confidential Counselors For Clients, Not For Internal Use. With This Preliminary Announcement, The Rvdk Wants To Draw The Markets Attention To The Fact That The Rvdk Intends To Outsource These Services Through A Procedure For Social And Other Specific Services In Accordance With The Public Procurement Act 2012, Art. 2.38. Parties That Are Interested In This Assignment And Meet The Requirements Included In The Preliminary Announcement Are Invited To Respond To This Preliminary Announcement By Sending A Message In Ctm.
