The Aim Of The Tender Is To Conclude A Framework Contract For The Event-Related Provision Of Legal Advice Services In Association And Association Law For Tourismus Nrw E.V., Including Advice On Organizational Structures, Governance, Liability, Questions Of Statutes And Rules Of Procedure As Well As The Relationship Between The Association And Its Member Organizations. The Client Intends To Commission A Lawyer Or A Law Firm That Is Authorized To Provide Unrestricted Legal Advice In Accordance With Professional Regulations (In Particular Lawyers In Accordance With Brao Or European Lawyers In Accordance With Eurag). The Framework Contract Should Have A Term Of 4 Years. The Contractor Must Advise And Support The Client On All Questions Of Association And Association Law.
