Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Maintaining And Servicing Bank Accounts, 2) Interest On Funds On Bank Accounts, 3) Lending Activities/Credit In Current Accounts, 4) Electronic Banking.2. The Service (In Electronic Form) Of Maintaining And Servicing Bank Accounts In Particular Includes The Following Banking Activities: 1) Opening/Maintaining Existing Accounts And Maintaining All Other Current Accounts, Auxiliary Accounts And Accounts For Deposit Sums, Earmarked And Special Funds, As Well As Accounts Related To The Settlement Of Funds Received From European Union Funds Of The Budget And Organizational Units, 2) Making Monetary Settlements In Terms Of Deposits And Withdrawals, 3) Making Cash Payments (Without Charging The Depositors Any Commissions, Fees Or Other Costs),4) Making Cash Withdrawals From The Ordering Partys Account To The Account Holder,5) Making Non-Cash Settlements Using Transfer Orders,6) Executing Currency Transfers Abroad And From Abroad,7) Possibility Of Using Current Proceeds To Execute Payment Orders,8) Issuing A Bank Opinion On The Bank Account And Other Opinions And Certificates,9) Confirming The Balance,10) Issuing Bank Statements For All Accounts Of The Lelkowo Commune And Units Organizational In Electronic Form,11) Electronic Banking System Service,12) Making Changes To Signature Specimen Cards Free Of Charge,3. By Lending Activity We Mean The Possibility Of Taking Out A Short-Term Overdraft To Finance The Temporary Budget Deficit Of The Lelkowo Commune Up To The Amount Specified Annually In The Budget Resolution. The Interest Rate On A Short-Term Overdraft Facility Will Be Based On The Wibor Rate For One-Month Interbank Pln Deposits, Or An Indicator That Will Replace Wibor, Calculated As The Average From One Month Preceding The Accounting Period, Plus/Minus The Banks Margin Given In The Offer.
