Regarding The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program (Design Documentation Including Land Development Design, Architectural, Construction And Technical Design) For: • Construction And Reconstruction Of Water Mains In The Mosina Water Supply Plant As Part Of The Investment Task No. Decision On A Building Permit For Construction Works Together With Obtaining A Certificate Of No Grounds For Objection By The Architectural And Construction Administration Body Accepting The Notification Of Construction Or Performance Of Other Construction Works Appropriate For The Task In Question (Aquanet S.A. Allows Obtaining A Building Permit Decision In Electronic Form. Whether The Building Permit Will Be Obtained In Paper Or Electronic Form Is Left To The Contractors Decision) And Performing Authors Supervision In The Phase Of Implementation Of Works Performed On The Basis Of The Documentation Constituting The Subject Of The Order From The Date Of Concluding The Contract With The Contractor Construction Works To Sign The Final Acceptance Report Of These Works. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order And All Information Regarding Design Solutions Are Included In The Attached Technical Conditions And Their Supplements, Issued By Aquanet S.A. Forming The Basis Of Design. As Part Of The Authors Supervision, The Following Should Be Provided: • Supervision Cards With A Stay On The Construction Site - 10 Supervision Cards • Supervision Cards Without A Stay On The Construction Site - 10 Supervision Cards, Including All Supervision Cards 20. If It Is Necessary To Increase The Number Of Stays On The Construction Site Or Increase The Number Of Supervision Cards Without Staying On The Construction Site, The Unit Prices From The Agreement On The Authors Supervision For The Above-Mentioned Works Will Be Accepted For Settlement.
