Graphic Design Services – Communication “Services To Users” – Strategic Support Services, Writing, Graphic Creation And Execution Of Communication Supports.. The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is To Provide Strategic Communication Support Services, Writing, Graphic Creation And Execution Of Communication Supports Relating Specifically To Practical Services Provided To Users, All Skills Combined. The Service Provider Must Have The Skills Required To Carry Out This Type Of Mission, Namely: - Strategic Support, Running Meetings, - Project Management, - Graphic Creation, - Graphic Execution, - Writing A Leaflet. The Contract Is Considered, Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of Articles R2162-2 Paragraph 2, R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code, As A Single-Awarder Framework Agreement Executed By Means Of The Issuance Of Purchase Orders To The Holder, As Needs Arise. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Of 48 Months From Its Notification. It Cannot Be Renewed. The Services Will Be Remunerated By Applying The Prices In The Unit Price Schedule To The Quantities Actually Executed. The Services Are Likely To Vary, Over The Duration Of The Framework Agreement, I.E. 48 Months, Within The Following Limits: Minimum Amount: No Minimum Amount, Maximum Amount: 220,000 Euros Excluding Tax.
