Works For Complete Or Part Construction And Civil Engineering Work - Execution Of Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula For The Task Entitled: Construction Of The Mental Health Center In Spzoz In Brzesko. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of A Public Contract For The Performance Of Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula For The Task Titled: Construction Of The Mental Health Center In Spzoz In Brzesko, In Accordance With The Scope Specified In This Swz, I.E. The Tender Documentation, The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu) Along With Annexes, The Contractors Offer And Additional Requirements Of The Ordering Party. The Task Will Be Implemented In Stages: 1) Stage I - Up To 5 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of This Agreement: Development Of An Architectural Concept With Drawings And Description Of Guidelines For The Implementation Of The Construction Design, And Then Full, Coherent, Complete And Compliant With Currently Applicable Law, Design And Cost Estimate Documentation (Hereinafter: Design And Cost Estimate Documentation), Provided That: A) Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, I.E. Plot Development Design And Architectural And Construction Design Together With All Documents Including The Preparation Of Earthworks, Securing Building F, Structural Assumptions Of The Designed Building, Excavations, Possible Relocation Of Underground Installations, Enabling Obtaining A Building Permit And All Final And Non-Subject To Appeal To The Administrative Court Or To Which No Objection Has Been Raised And The Deadline For Raising An Objection Has Expired In Its Entirety, And Necessary To Commence Construction Works - Permits, Permits, Notifications, Opinions, Consents, Arrangements, Checks Or Approvals And Other Required By Law, Will Take Place Within 3 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of This Contract; B) Development Of Other Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, In Particular Technical Designs, In Accordance With The Provisions Of This Contract, The Ffu With Annexes, Additional Requirements Of The Ordering Party And The Contractors Offer, Along With The Authors Supervision. In Order To Implement The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain The Necessary Administrative Decisions, Opinions, Permits Or Arrangements. As Part Of The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Prepare Pre-Design Studies: Obtain Starting Materials For Design, Prepare The Necessary Expert Opinions, Technical Opinions, Consents; 2) Prepare A Construction Design With The Necessary Arrangements, Opinions And Approvals By Authorized Appraisers (Fire Protection, Sanitary Inspection, Occupational Health And Safety, Etc.); 3) Develop Information On Safety And Health Protection (Bioz); 4) Obtain Building Permits Or Notifications (If Necessary); 5) Develop Executive Design Documentation, I.E.: A) Technical Designs; B) Detailed Designs (Combination Of Pt And Pw Is Allowed); C) Fire Scenario (If Necessary); D) Building Evacuation Plan; E) Fire Protection Instructions; F) Bills Of Quantities For Each Industry Separately; G) Contractors Cost Estimates For Each Industry Separately Prepared Using The Detailed Calculation Method Using Knr; H) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works
