Telecommunications Equipment And Supplies – Advanced Online Monitoring Of Public Transport Vehicles – Vz1. The Purpose Of This Over-The-Limit Public Contract Is To Fulfill The Set Goals And Activities Of The 5G Project In The Form Of The Supply Of Selected Elements Of The Demonstrative Application Of The 5G Network Ecosystem In The Environment Of The Statutory City Of Ústí Nad Labem, In The Form Of A Comprehensive Technological Ecosystem Including, Among Other Things, The Provision Of 5G Connectivity, The Supply And Integration Of Modern Camera Systems In Public Transport Trolleybuses And The Acquisition Of The Necessary Hardware And Software Enabling Remote Access To The Vehicle Camera System. The Main Goal Of The Project Is The Implementation Of 5G Technology In Order To Increase The Situational Awareness Of The Municipal Police Of Ústí Nad Labem And The Safety Of Public Transport Vehicles In Ústí Nad Labem. This Will Be Achieved By Installing Modern Camera Systems In The Interior Of Vehicles, Installing Front Surveillance Cameras And Introducing Other Related Safety Technology Elements In Trolleybuses. A Key Element Is Ensuring The Possibility Of Remote Supervision, Or Making Image Data Available For The City Police. The Implementation Of The Project Thus Responds To The Need To Introduce Effective Measures To Reduce The Number Of Incidents And Aggressive Behavior Of Passengers In Ústí Public Transport And Thus Increase The Attractiveness Of Public Transport As An Efficient And Safe Form Of Transport In The City. The Project Also Contributes Positively To Increasing Situational Awareness Around Public Transport Vehicles. The Project Envisages The Coverage Of Camera Systems For Real-Time Safety Monitoring In Public Transport Vehicles. Monitoring Will Subsequently Be Provided By The Responsible Units Of The Municipal Police Of Ústí Nad Labem, Which Currently Does Not Have The Necessary And Appropriate Tools For Monitoring Safety In Public Transport Trolleybuses. Part Of The Solution Is Also The Activation Of So-Called Emergency Buttons Enabling Drivers Of Public Transport Vehicles To Signal A Risky Situation And To Notify The City Police Of The Need To Make Surveillance Available Using The Vehicles Camera System. The Fulfillment Of The Public Contract Is Co-Financed Through The 2Nd Call – Demonstration Application Of The Ecosystem Of 5G Networks For Smart Cities, Municipalities And Regions Announced Within The Component Of The National Recovery Plan (1.4 Digital Economy And Society, Innovative Start-Ups And New Technologies).
