Air Filters – Supply Of Air Filters And Replacement Of Hepa Filters Iii. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Repeated Supply Of Filter Material For Air-Conditioning (Hereinafter Hvac) In The Contracting Authoritys Facilities According To The Individual Items Listed In Appendix No. 4 Of The Zp. These Are Deliveries Of New, Unused Vzt Filters, Both Pocket And Frame Filters, As Well As Hepa Filters. Part Of The Scope Of Delivery Also Includes The Removal Of Used Filters And Their Ecological Disposal. Delivery, Classification And Marking Of Filters Must Comply With The Čsn En Iso 16890-1 Standard For Filter Classification. Part Of The Scope Of Performance Is Also The Comprehensive Provision Of Safe And Professional Replacement Of Filters For Three-Stage Filtration According To The Required Cleanliness Of The Environment, So-Called Final Hepa Filters With Their Delivery And Delivery Of Reports On Measurement And Replacement Of Hepa Filters, Incl. Elimination Of Defects (With Delivery Of The Necessary Material) Detected During The Replacement Of Hepa Filters. Filter Material Means Individual Filter Materials, Hereinafter Referred To As Filters Specified In More Detail In Appendix No. 4 Of The Zp, Which Will Be Supplied According To The Items And In The Number Specified In The Individual Orders (In The Case Of Hepa Filters, Which Will Be Supplied And Replaced At The Same Time) Issued By The Client For The Specified Period Well In Advance, Respectively. In Accordance With The Delivery Period Specified In Appendix No. 3 Of The Zp, In The Proper Quality And Required Quantity And In Accordance With Other Conditions Of This Procurement Procedure. A Complete List Of Filters For All Hvac Equipment In The Contractors Premises Is Given In Appendix No. 4 Of The Zp. Hepa Filters Are Usually Replaced Once A Year, Pocket Filters Are Changed Several Times A Year. The Contractor Reserves The Right Not To Purchase Or Exceed The Stated Quantity Of Filters With Regard To The Number And Composition Of Devices For Which The Filters Are Intended. The Subject Of The Public Contract Must Be Delivered In Full Compliance With Generally Binding Legal Regulations And Technical Standards.
