Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – Stedum Site Concentration Lot 2 - Renewable Energy Concept. The Subject Of Lot 2 Is Planning Services. A Concept For The Generation, Use (Including Storage If Necessary) And, If Necessary, Feed-In Of Renewable Energies Should Be Developed. Building On This, The Planning Services Required To Implement The Concept Should Be Provided. Whether And Which Service Profiles In The Sense Of The Hoai Will Be Affected In Detail Depends Largely On The Renewable Energy Concept That Is Still To Be Developed, I.E. On Which Systems/Objects The Contractor Specifically Envisages. If Necessary, Land-Use Planning Services Must Also Be Provided To Create The Planning Requirements. The Client Plans To Combine Its Services And Its Main Locations At The Stedum Location, Hildesheimer Straße 15, 31249 Hohenhameln (Waste Disposal Center - Aez). The New Location Should Include: 1. A Recycling Center (Already Implemented), 2. Social And Administrative Buildings (Lot 1), 3. A Depot With A Workshop (Lot 1) And 4. Systems For The Generation And Use Of Renewable Energies (Lot 2 - Renewable Energies Concept). The Subject Of This Publication Is Exclusively Lot 2. Lot 1 (General Planning) Has Already Been Advertised. Lot 3 (Project Management) Is Still Being Advertised Separately. Appropriate Interfaces Will Emerge. The Necessary Coordination Must Be Taken Into Account. As Part Of Lot 2, A Concept For The Generation, Use (Including Storage If Necessary) And, If Necessary, Feed-In Of Renewable Energies Is To Be Developed. Building On This, The Planning Services Required To Implement The Concept Should Be Provided. If Necessary, Land-Use Planning Services Must Also Be Provided To Create The Planning Requirements.
