Tenders are invited for Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of One New 1.9 to 2.5 MWe Generating Unit at CEB Pointe Monnier, Rodrigues Island, Republic of Mauritius The Central Electricity Board is inviting bids from eligible and qualified local and international biddersthrough the Government e-Procurement Systemfor the Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of One New 1.9 to 2.5 MWe Generating Unit at CEB Pointe Monnier, Rodrigues Island, Republic of Mauritius. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system is CEB/IFB/2025/10033. A Pre-Bid meeting and a site visit shall take place on Thursday 08 Janiuary 2026 at 9.30 hours at Pointe Monnier Power Station in Rodrigues Island, as mentioned in the bidding document. Bids shall be submitted online on the e-Procurement System by Wednesday 18 February 2026 at 13.30 hours (Mauritian time) at latest. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Wednesday 18 February 2026 at 14.31 hours till Friday 20 February 2026 up to 14.00 hours (Mauritian time).
