Tenders are invited for Procurement of Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of Automatic Weather Systems for the Department of Meteorology. The bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR. 35,000.00 from November 20, 2025 between 9.00 a.m. and 3.30 p.m. on any working day. The method of payment will be by Cash. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before December 23, 2025 at 3.30 p.m. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee: LKR 2.2 million. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be arranged at 10:30 a.m. on November 28, 2025 in the Conference Room at the address given below.
