Tenders are invited for Supply of Information Technology (IT) Hardware and Accessories (Computers, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, Monitors. Mouse. Laptop Batteries, Usb. Dongle, Pen Drives) Ups. Networking Equipment. New Software and Web Site Designing (Router. Switches, Cables etc.) 14. Conditions 1.1 Requests made on receipts or cheques dated after the closing date will be rejected. For this, self prepared applications should be submitted. 1.2 Separate Applications should be submitted for each of the above items and separate registration fees should also be paid for each application. 1.3 A registration fee of Rs. 1,000.00 (+18% VAT) should be paid for each application submitted for registration and that fee may either be paid to this office between 9.00 am and 3.00 pm on working days or may be paid by a cheque drawn in favor of Municipal Commissioner. Municipal Council. Matara". Cheques submitted should be valid for 60 days. 1.4 Generally quotations are invited only from registered suppliers of year 2026 and goods and services are purchased for Matara Municipal Council and the quotations submitted should be valid generally for three (03) months. The Municipal Council reserves the right to obtain goods and services from sources other than registered suppliers at times of necessity. Further, the suppliers should agree to supply goods and services on a credit period of 60 days. 1.5 Further details regarding this may be obtained either by calling over at this office during office hours or by calling on Tel Nos. 041-2222275 / 0412224459. Following criteria should be fulfilled to register as suppliers with the Matara Municipal Council. All suppliers should submit their Business Registration Certificates. Should attach the Business Registration Certificate with the application and submit. Being a motor garage approved by the Southern Provincial Council will be a special qualification regarding repairing of vehicles and should be an institution that has experience in serving at least five government institutions. If there are any other qualifications, please mention them and submit certificates to substantiate that.
