Tender For Provision Of Dg Set For Ib At Jalapahar Under Age(I) Darjeeling.; 1 Installation, testing and commissioning of diesel engine driven Gen Set 40 KVA with sound-proof Acoustic Enclouser cover to control the noise level as per limit of central pollution control board (CPCB-IV +) with STD Panel , 3 Phase 415 volts 1500 RPM, 4 wire 50 cycles with two years maintenance as recommended by manufactures comprising of the following :- 2 (a) Prime Mover / Engine :-Suitable for driving 40 KVA alternator, water cooled, battery start diesel engine of adequate 56 BHP conforming to BSS frame pedestal support with anti vibration pad rated for continuous running capable of taking 10% over load for one hour in any 12 hrs operation with the following standard accessories and monitoring facilities :- 3 (i) Fly wheel with starter ring 4 (ii) Flexible coupling with guard 5 (iii) Air cleaner oil bath type / dry type 6 (iv) Lubricating oil filter 7 (v) Fuel Pump with Governor 8 (vi) Radiator,radiator fan and mounting 9 (vii) Governorfor class "A" governing as per IS - 1601 of DS 349 / 1958 10 (viii) Starter, motor for electric start complete with dynamic alternate, lead acid batteries Pre-carged heavy duty of 12V of capacity as per manufacturer or adequate size and length of cable not less than 2m long including battery box all as directed. 11 (ix) Hour meter and RPM indicator 12 (x) Exhaust pipe brought outside the bud and lagging of entire exhaust pipe of reidential type. 13 (b) Instrument / Control panel duly wired comprising of the following features 14 (i) Control Panel consisting of built in on/off /Start Key 15 (ii) Battery charging voltmeter 16 (iii ) Electronic Hour Meter 17 (iv) Indication & Monitoring of Oil Pressure & Safety trip in case of Low Oil Pressure. 18 (v) Indication & Monitoring of Coolant Tempreature & Safety trip in case of High Coolant Tempreature. 19 (vi) In-built engine shut down system in case of Engine Overspeed. 20 (vii) Indication & Monitoring of Fuel level and alarm. 21 (c) ALTERNATOR40 KVA/32 KWat 0.8PF of brush less self excited, Insulation class "H", self regulated 3 phase, 50 Hz 415 V 1500 RPM 4 wire screen protected drip proof free from stimulation problem continuous rating conforming to BS 5000/IS:4722. The salient features of alternator are as under:- (i) Casing protection: As per IP-23(ii) Over load capacity: 10 % of one hour in any 12 hrs of operation (iii) Repair/Maint tools to be supplied with DG Set as under: (a) STAINLEY 91-931-12 Master tool set of make : Stainley (iv) Acoustic Enclouser: Floor mounted acoustic enclouser suitable for 40 KVA DG Set as per CPCB-IV Norms.
