The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is Construction Work Consisting Of The Overall Reconstruction Of Internal Distribution Systems, Repair Of Interior Surfaces And Construction Modifications To Improve The Use Of The Blatské Sídliště Basic School Building No. 23. Part Of The Subject Of Performance Is The Removal Of School Equipment Before The Start Of Construction Work And The Subsequent Moving Of The School Equipment Back After Their Completion. The Construction Project Documentation Is Divided Into The Following Building Objects: So 01 Object A Original Object 1880 So 02 Object B Extension 1906 - Courtyard Wing Minimizing The Effect Of Construction On The Surroundings The Contracting Authority Points Out That The Implementation Of The Public Contract Takes Place During The Operation Of The Elementary School And Significantly Negatively Affects The Operation And Teaching At The School. The Selected Contractor Is Therefore Obliged To Deploy A Sufficient Amount Of Work Capacity, Machines And Mechanization To Implement The Subject Of The Public Contract, In Order To Minimize The Negative Effects Of The Construction On The Operation Of The School And School Teaching.
