The Object Of The Procurement Is The Maintenance And Repair Services Of The Autopsy Tables And Equipment Of The Helsinki And Turku Offices Of The Forensic Medicine Unit Of The Institute Of Health And Welfare (Also Thl). The Object Of Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices, Especially In The Appendices Description Of The Object Of Procurement And Procurement Contract. Parts The Procurement Is Divided By Location Into Two Parts, Of Which The Bidder Can Only Bid For One Or Both. Both Areas Are Compared Separately And One (1) Supplier Is Selected For Both Areas. The Procurement Unit Reserves The Right To Conclude Only One (1) Procurement Contract With The Bidder Who Is Selected As The Winner Of Both Sub-Areas. Sub-Area 1. Screenings Voluntary Screenings At The Locations Are Organized:- Tuesday 2.12.2025 At 15-16 At The Helsinki Office At Mannerheimintie 166, K-Rakennus, 00271 Helsinki; The Contact Person Is Autopsy Technician Vesa Ryyl, Tel. 029 524 8096. - Thursday 4 December 2025 At 8-9 At The Turku Office At Mustionkatu 10 B, 20750 Turku; The Contact Person Is Autopsy Technician Eeva Laulumaa, Tel. 029 524 7754. The Purpose Of The Displays Is To Offer Interested Bidders The Opportunity To Familiarize Themselves With The Autopsy Tables And Equipment At The Offices. In Order To Ensure Equal Treatment Of Bidders, Possible Questions Should Be Asked As Part Of The Tender And Not Answered In Connection With The Displays. Participating In The Screenings Has No Effect On The Evaluation Of The Offers And No Compensation Is Paid For Participating In Them. Contract Period Procurement Applies To Contract Periods. Procurement Contracts Come Into Force Upon Signature. The Estimated Start Date Of The Procurement Contracts Is Estimated To Be February 2026 And Their Duration Is Three (3) Years, After Which The Contracts Can Continue Indefinitely. Scope Of The Procurement The Procurement Unit Orders The Maintenance And Repair Services That Are The Subject Of The Procurement According To Its Needs. The Need For Services May Vary Annually (E.G. Depending On Equipment Breakdowns). The Billing Basis Is The Billable Work. Spare Parts Needed For Maintenance And Repair Of The Equipment Must Be Available Through The Tenderer, If Necessary. The Scope Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Attachments To The Request For Tenders, Especially In The Price Form And Procurement Agreement. The Predicted Weighting Amounts On Tabs A And B Of The Price Form Are Non-Binding Estimates. The Contract Does Not Include A Quantity Purchase Obligation, And It Does Not Give The Selected Supplier The Exclusive Right To Provide Maintenance And Repair Services For Autopsy Tables And Equipment And/Or Other Services Related To The Contract.
