Tender For Repair/Maintenance Of Stp Plant Including Misc Work At Af Stn Naliya; 1 Cleaning oftanks after desludging from sewage tanks (Stilling chamber, Bar & screen Chamber) atSTP Plant of capacity 1.5 MLD etcshall be carried out with water and chemical as applicable and complete white washfrom inside after cleaning the tanks and dates of cleaning shall be marked on tank etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) Rates forDewatering and desludging of tanks including T&P and safety equipments are included in above item.(ii) Cleaning of each tank will be measured and paid seperately. 2 Cleaning oftanks after desludging from sewage tanks (Equilisation Tank, Sedimentation Tank, MBBR Tanks, treated water tank, Chlorine Contact Tank, Sludge Holding Tank) atSTP Plant of capacity 1.5 MLD etcshall be carried out with water and chemical as applicable and complete white washfrom inside after cleaning the tanks and dates of cleaning shall be marked on tank etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) Rates forDewatering and desludging of tanks including T&P and safety equipments are included in above item.(ii) Cleaning of each tank will be measured and paid seperately.(iii) Safety of manpower involved will be of prime importance and contractor shall make arrangement s considering safety of manpower 3 Material and labour for cleaning of main incoming sewage collection tank/booster tanks, including necessary T&P such as pump set for De-watering and cleaning upto bottom of the well by means of equipment with complete safety equipment and masks for the persons doing the job and lifting of sludge by means of Hydra and taking out all clay/mud/sludge/grit/stone pieces and other material deposited in the sewage well during course of time and removing deposited material to outside the premises of the station including necessary transportation for taking out from the site of the well complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Note :- No direct manpower to be introduced inside the sewage well as per the goverment norms. 4 Material and labour for carrying out the Tests of treated water from NABL approved lab every month and maintain the record of treated sewage at Each STP Plant as per frequency :- (i) PH Valve(ii) Odour(iii) Sulphate(iv) Total Suspended Solids (v) BOD(vi) COD(vii) Oil & Grease(viii) Total Ammonia(ix) E Coli (x) Nitrate CN(xi) Total Coliform BacteriaNote:- (i) Test report should be submiited at the end of qtr/month by contractor.(ii) rate quoted shall deemed to be included for cost of sterilised bottle and to and from transportaion charges for collection samples upto Lab. 5 Supply only greasing for bearing of centrifugal Pumps all as specified and as directed. 6 Material and labour for repair & overhauling of 30 HPelectrical induction motor, 3 phase, 415 volts including disconnecting all electrical connections, decoupling from pump, taking down the motor from foundation, cleaning and varnishing the stater & rotor winding, heating and drying, replacement of burnt terminals, greasing to bearings, re-assembling the motor and refixing of motor on the foundation by using new nut, bolts and washers, coupling with pump,checking alignmentconnecting all electrical connections, checking the vibrations, RPM, DOR,testing on full load complete all as specified and directed. 7 Material and labour for repair & overhauling of 3 to 7.5 HP, 3 Phase monoblock pump set, taking out impeller, cleaning, descaling & greasing to bearings incl replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearings, gland flange,etc.Cleaning and varnishing the starter and rotar, winding, heating and drying replacement of burnt terminals of motor assembling in the pump with new packing materials nuts, bolts, washers checking alignmentconnecting all electrical/water connections,checking the vibrations & alignment, RPM,DOR,testing the pump sets of on full load, complete all as specified and directed.Notes:-(i) Cost of smallU/S parts such as new packing materials, nuts, bolts & washers, gland bolt & packing, coupling bushes , coupling bolts shall deemed to be inclusive inquoted rate. out necessary repair work including jointing of submersible cable with water proof jointing kit, testing, binding of submersible cable with column pipe by using aluminium wire complete and testing
