Tender For Repair Maintenance To Grass Cutting By Manual And Jungle Jim At Afs Yelahanka; 1 Cutting/ scraping of grass/wild growth etc manually by means of bush cutter on the shoulders of main Runway/Taxi track including all around the runway light etc girth upto 5cm and upto 5cm height from ground level or as per site condition at airfield including removing of rubbish from the side to a distance exceeding 500 m but not exceeding 1000 m and deposited where directed complete all as specified and directed.Note(a) Cutting/scraping of grass/wild growth etc by manually on the shoulders of main Runway/Taxi track including all around the runway light etc (wherever required) to be carried out once in a month/as required and each cutting/scraping shall be measured and paid separately.(b) The availability of runway to do work shall be depended on operational requirement on Sunday/Holiday.(c) The T&P and labours shall be entered in airfield area after prior approval of ATC.(d) The rate quoted by the contractor is inclusive making arrangements of bush cutter & labours including fuel and maintenance of T&P etc as required 2 Cutting/trimming/dressings of grass, saplings, herbs, grass, roots, saplings, herbs, vegetation, small shrubs, wild bushes and grass ploughing including grown up small sapling by JCB/Bush cutter/tractor with jungle jim (mechanically) of girth upto 5cm and upto 5cm height from ground level or as per site condition at airfield and removing the rubbish not exceeding 50 metre to an unobjectionable place from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.Note.(a) The work shall be executed alongwith runway/taxi track and link road of runways.(b) The availability of runway to do work shall be depended on operational requirement on Sunday/Holiday.(c) The T&P and labours shall be entered in airfield area after prior approval of ATC.(d) The rate quoted by the contractor inclusive to make arrangement of T&P and labours including fuel and maintenance of T&P etc as required.
