Tender For Upgradation Of Sports Ground At Af Station Laitkor Peak Under Ge (I) (Af) Shillong - Material and labour for grass removal, excavation, surface preparation and grass laying-Cricket fileld as under mentioned scope:(a) Development of required manpower, tools and machinery (i.e. Grass cutter machine, excavator, roller etc.)(b) Cleaning of debris of any foreign material before starting grass removal.(c) Removal of existing grass from the field(d) Stacking or disposing of the removed grass outside the playing area as per instruction by the Engineer-In-Charge and also removal the grass from root level to avoid re-growth.(e) Excavation of soil up to 15 cm depth and disposal as per instruction of Engineer-In-Chage and ensuring uniform depth to maintain uniform level playing surfaces.(f) Surface preparation including levelling, dressing and compacting. (g) Supply and spreading of screened topsoil before grass laying.(h) Supplying healthy , fresh and well rooted (grass type: Bermuda, Doob grass)(j) watering and rolling grass after laying as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.(k) fertilizer application as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.( only if specified or required)(l) Contractor shall maintain the grass for six month after physical date of completion like watering, fertilization and removal of weeds etc.
