Private Health Care Service With Flexible Remuneration For The Staff Of The I2cat Foundation.The Benefit To Be Contracted Is That Of A Private Health Care Service In A Flexible Remuneration Modality, Aimed At Staff With A Work Relationship With The I2cat Private Foundation, Internet And Digital Innovation In Catalonia (Hereinafter, The I2cat Foundation), As Well As Their Immediate Family Members Who Are Members Of The Same Flexible Remuneration Modality. Within The Contractual Object, The Awarding Company Will Have To Offer And Provide A Private Health Care Service To The Staff Of The I2cat Foundation Through The Flexible Remuneration Method Offered And Managed By The Organization Itself. The Provision Of The Service Must Be Offered To The Employees Of The I2cat Foundation Who Request It And Have A Work Relationship With The Organization. This Private Health Assistance Can Be Extended To The Direct Beneficiaries Of The Holders. They Are Considered Beneficiaries Of The Holders, Spouses, De Facto And/Or Stable Partners As Long As They Habitually Live With The Holder Person, As Well As First Degree Descendants, Including Both Biological And Adoptive Sonship. Similarly, All References To Insured Persons Will Be Understood To Include Any Person Adhered To The Insurance Under This Contract, Whether They Are Integrated Labor Personnel Of The Foundation Or Its Beneficiaries. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Offer A Private Health Care Service To The Staff Of The I2cat Foundation Who Desire It, As Well As To The Direct Beneficiaries Of The Holders, Throughout The Territory Of The Spanish State. In The Same Way, The Health Coverage Must Include A Health Care Service Abroad For Possible Travel Or Temporary Stays.
