The Tender Process Includes A Contract For The Ordering Party Concerning The Purchase Of A Vehicle With An Attached Crane And Cable Hoist. The Customer Wishes To Purchase A Specially Built Vehicle For Municipal Operation. The Vehicle Must Be Used For The Transport And Handling Of Materials, Including Tasks Such As Moving And Emptying Containers As Well As Lifting And Placing Goods And Items In Public Spaces - For Example When Maintaining Roads, Parks And City Equipment. The Vehicle Must Support Stable And Safe Operation With Heavy Construction And Must Be Able To Maneuver Efficiently In Densely Built-Up Areas. The Vehicle Must Be Suitable For Daily Operation In An Urban Environment, Where The Safety Of Both The Vehicles Driver And Fellow Road Users Is Of The Highest Priority. Requirements For The Vehicle Appear In Contract Annex 1 – Requirements Specification. The Vehicle Must Be Delivered As A Complete Solution, Consisting Of Vehicle, Bodywork And All Necessary Equipment, Ready For Registration And Commissioning. The Vehicle Must Be Delivered As New (Unused) Or As An Exhibition Or Demo Model. Bidders Must Participate In A Test Of The Wire Hoist And The Crane In Connection With The Execution Of The Tender. Further Information Can Be Found In Contract Annex 2 – The Response To The Tender As Well As The Tender Conditions In General. The Tenderer Is Therefore Advised To Pay Particular Attention To The Timetable.
