Tenders are invited for electrification of the Quionga Administrative Post in the Palma District, Cabo Delgado Province Construction Services. Deadline 09 Dec 2025 1. Electricidade de Moçambique, E.P. (EDM), hereinafter referred to as the "Implementing Agency," through funds from Mozambique Rovuma Venture, S.p.A. ("MRV") represented by ExxonMobil Moçambique, Limitada ("EMML"), intends to contract a works contractor for the electrification of the Quionga Administrative Post in the Palma District, Cabo Delgado Province, aiming to accelerate Universal Access to Electricity by 2030. This project will benefit the population of the Quionga Administrative Post headquarters, the Bagal neighborhood, and villages along the Palma-Quionga route. 2. In this context, EDM invites all interested companies with a reputation and experience in the construction of electricity distribution networks to submit sealed bids for the electrification of the Quionga Administrative Post, the scope of which is duly indicated below. Contractors must fully comply with all requirements stipulated in the tender. 3. The scope of activities of the project includes the supply, assembly, testing and commissioning of the infrastructures indicated below: Construction of 25 km of 33 kV medium voltage line on wooden poles and 150 mm2 AAAC Mulbery conductor; Installation of 4 distribution transformers of 100 KVA, 33/0.4 KV: Construction of 6.1 km of low-voltage (0.4 kV) network, using 4x50-25mm² ABC cable: Installation of 60 street lighting fixtures; and Connection of 600 famfitas. 4. The competition documents will be made available to competitors from November 15, 2025. Applicants must pay a one-time, non-refundable fee of 1,500.00 MT (one thousand five hundred meticais) or the equivalent in freely convertible currency.
