Maintenance And Repair Of Data Network Equipment – ​​Saarland State Administration - Wlan Framework Agreement. The Saarland It Service Center (It-Dlz) Intends To Award A Contract To Support And Further Develop The Wi-Fi Infrastructure Of The Saarland State Administration. The Subject Of The Award Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement To Provide Maintenance And Support For Around 500 Existing Wlan Access Points As Well As The Further Development Of The Network Through The Delivery And Installation Of New Wlan Access Points. The Framework Agreement Includes The Provision Of Internet Access Via The Wlan Access Points, The Implementation Of A Common Network Monitoring Dashboard For The Access Points Of The Different Manufacturers As Well As The Maintenance, Service And Support Of The Existing And Newly Delivered Devices. The Framework Agreement Also Includes Comprehensive Services, Including The Provision Of German-Language Support Via Ticket System And Hotline, Troubleshooting Within Defined Response And Troubleshooting Times, 24/7 Monitoring And The Processing Of Warranty And Repair Cases Including Central Firmware Updates.
