Sorting And Screening Machines – Delivery Of Lines For The Processing And Recovery Of Biodegradable Waste At Zzo Olszowa Sp. Z O. O.. 1. The Contractor Will Deliver And Launch The Subject Of The Contract At The Waste Management Plant In Olszowa, Ul. Bursztynowa 55, 63-600 Kępno. 2. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Brand New, With A Year Of Production Not Earlier Than 2025, Free From Physical Defects And Covered By The Manufacturers Warranty. 3. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Evidence In Question; Among Others Instruction Manual, Diagrams In Polish, Spare Parts Catalog And Other Documents That Will Ensure Proper Operation Of The Ordering Party And Protect It Against Claims From Third Parties For Infringement Of Copyright, Patent, Trademark, License Or Other Rights At The Stage Of Acceptance Of The Line For The Processing And Recovery Of Biodegradable Waste. 4. The Delivery Will Be Confirmed By An Acceptance Report Made After The Device Has Been Put Into Operation, Prepared In Accordance With The Annex To The Contract Template (Appendix No. 4 To Swz - Contract Template). 5. The Prepared Device Should Have A Current Technical Inspection / Required Inspection, If This Obligation Results From Applicable Legal Regulations. 6. The Ordering Party Requires Free Additional Training In The Operation Of The Line (I.E.: Loading Material, Transferring Material Through Individual Line Elements, Cleaning The Device, Monitoring Individual Parameters Of The Device) In The Case Of Work With Different Morphologies Of Biodegradable Waste, Including: A) 8-Hour Training And Work On Accepting The Machine B) 4 Training Sessions Of 8 Hours Each On Material Collected In The Period: - Spring (April), - Summer (August), - Autumn (October), - Winter (January). 7. After The Date Of Acceptance, The Ordering Party Will Agree With The Contractor On The Date Of The Training Referred To In Point 6. The Training Conducted Will Be Confirmed By A Protocol Signed By The Parties. The Protocol Template Constitutes An Annex To The Contract Template (Appendix No. 4 To Swz - Contract Template). 8. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Annex To The Swz - Opz.
