Urban Planning And Landscape Architectural Services – Drawing Up A Municipal Spatial Policy Plan Including Eia Plan. The Municipal Spatial Structure Plan (Grs) Of Wuustwezel Dates From 2006. Although The Spatial Vision Is Still Partly Relevant, An Update Is Needed To Better Respond To Todays Social And Climatic Challenges. The New Municipal Spatial Policy Plan (Gbr) Will Be The Guiding Framework For The Future Spatial Development Of Our Municipality. Wuustwezel Continues To Focus On Its Rural Character, With Specific Attention To Open Space And Liveable Village Centers. Themes Such As Dewatering, Climate Adaptation, Affordable Housing, Agriculture, Water Management And Public Space Are Examined Together. We Actively Involve Residents And The Agricultural Sector In These Ambitions. The Policy Plan Will Take Into Account Both Existing Spatial Situations And Desired Developments, And Will Replace The Outdated Grs. The Spatial Policy Plan Is A Dynamic Instrument: Policy Frameworks Can Easily Be Supplemented Or Adjusted Later. Together With The Strategic Eia Plan, The Environmental Effects Are Monitored And Adjusted Where Necessary. The Process Requires Methodological, Procedural And Substantive Support, Including A Clear Communication And Participation Process With Residents And Partners.
