Command, Control, Communication And Computer Systems – Floculant Dosing And Effluent Quality Control Per Line. “Flocculant Dosing And Effluent Quality Control Per Line” To Improve The Pretreatment Of The Purification Process With The Improvement Of The Dosage And Quality Control Of The Effluent From The Flocculation Stage – Individual Decantation For Each Of The 10 Process Lines, Given That A Phase System, Of The Individual Effluent Showing Totally Different Results. The Following Specific Improvements Are Also Planned To Be Implemented:  Exhaustive Control Of The Dosage Of The Flocculant Per Individual Line To Be Able To Dose The Exact Amount Of Reagent For The Individual Flow Rate Of Each Line.  Improve The Current Dosing Pumping System By Adding Variable Flow Pumps And A Skid With Different Combinations To Ensure Dosing At All Times.  Control Of The Quality Of Individual Effluent Per Line. Finally, A More Exhaustive Quality Control Is Also Required Per Treatment Line Through The Installation Of Multi-Parametric Analyzers To Obtain A Continuous Reading Of The Quality Of The Individual Effluent.
