Software Consultancy Services – M365: Consulting - Support - Further Development. Swissgrid Is Looking For Two Qualified Partners Who, As Designated M365 Service Providers, Can Fully Support Swissgrid With The Following Services: * M365 Services: Consulting, Development And Project-Related Services, Which Usually Represent More Complex And/Or Extensive Projects And Take Place Outside The Request Fulfillment Process. * M365 Operational Services: Supporting Services For Operational Tasks. These Are In Particular Services That Relieve The Burden On Swissgrid In Its Operational Business To Provide The M365 Services. * M365 Support Services: When It Comes To Support, One Of The Partners Should Support Swissgrid In 2Nd Level Support And Take Responsibility For 3Rd Level Support Towards Third Parties. Part Of 3Rd Level Support Also Includes Communication And The Interface To External Service Providers - Especially Microsoft. The Aim Is To Conclude Two (2) Framework Agreements With One Partner Each Over Four (4) Years, With An Optional Extension For Another One (1) Year. The Start Is May 1St, 2026. The Procurement Of M365 Standard, Enterprise And Premium Licenses Including Licenses For Premium Functions Is Excluded. These Are Handled Via Existing Framework Agreements.
