The Purpose Of The Tender Is To Submit The Task To Competition And Ensure That The Clients Portfolio Of Websites Is Maintained And Further Developed Efficiently And Professionally. Against This Background, The Contract Must Help The Principal To Achieve A Stable, Future-Proof And User-Friendly Digital Platform That Meets The Universitys Needs For Ongoing Adaptation And Development. The Aim Is To Prequalify 3 Applicants To Submit Offers. The Applications Are Initially Evaluated On The Basis Of A Number Of Minimum Requirements For Suitability, Which The Supplier Must Meet In Order To Be Suitable To Be Prequalified. If More Than 3 Applicants Meet The Set Minimum Requirements, The Ordering Party Will Select And Prequalify The 3 Most Suitable Applicants, Who Will Then Be Invited To Submit Offers. It Is Expected That 1 Round Of Negotiations Will Be Held. However, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Award On The Basis Of The Initial Offers Without Conducting Negotiations, Just As The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Number Of Bidders Already After The Initial Bidding Round. The Tenderer Is Therefore Encouraged To Ensure That The Initial Offer Meets All Requirements In The Tender Documents.
