The Object Of The Purchase Is Hdr Software Maintenance Services, Which Include: 1. Hdr Software Development, Modernization And Its Installation In Accordance With The Functional Requirements Specified In Chapter Iii Requirements For Hdr Software Maintenance In Points 1-5 Of This Technical Specification; 2. Modernization Of Hdr And Creation Of An Integrated Interface With Kadis-2 In Accordance With The Functional Requirements Specified In Chapter Iii Requirements For Hdr Software Maintenance In Point 6 Of This Technical Specification; 3. Provided Warranty Maintenance For The Developed/Updated Hdr Software From The Date Of Signing The Act Of Transfer-Acceptance Of The Created/Updated Specific Hdr Software During The Validity Period Of The Contract And For 12 (Twelve) Months From The Date Of Signing The Last Act Of Transfer-Acceptance Of Services Under The Contract.
