This Is A Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Single-Award Services, With A Minimum Amount Of 1,440,000 Euros Excluding Tax And A Maximum Amount Of 3,300,000 Euros Excluding Tax, Over The Entire Duration Of The Framework Agreement (Renewals Included), In Accordance With Article R. 2162-4 1° Of The Public Procurement Code.
