Sewage Disposal notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-V ( Sewage Disposal) shall also be applicable. 27 S&F HDPE double wall corrugated sewagepipe 150mm internal bore SN-8 ISI Mark as per IS: 6908 Part II 2013 laid in trenches joined and tested as per manufacturer"s instructions complete all as specified and directed. 28 Construction of RCC septic tank designed to carry sewage and sludge water including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 Design Mix in walls, base slab, baffle walls and roof slab including beams etc with vent shaft, manhole openings with cover connection etc., complete with effective depth of 1.5 meter and overall depth of 3 meter for 150 users (CONVENTIONAL pattern) complete all as specified and directed. 29 Construction RCC septic tank designed to carry sewage and sludge water including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 Design Mix in walls, base slab, baffle walls and roof slab including beams etc with vent shaft, manhole openings with cover connection etc., complete with effective depth of 1.5 meter and overall depth of 3 meter for 100 users (CONVENTIONAL pattern) complete all as specified and directed. 30 Construction RCC septic tank designed to carry sewage and sludge water including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 Design Mix in walls, base slab, baffle walls and Roof Slab including beams etc with Vent shaft , manhole openings with cover connection etc., complete with effective depth of 1.5 meter and overall depth of 3 meter for 50 users (CONVENTIONAL pattern) complete all as specified and directed. 31 Construction of soakage wells including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M-25 Design Mix concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made ofbrick masonry in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/SFRC cover, inter-connecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats2.40m x 3.00m effective depth complete all as specified and shown on drawing No TD NoCEBZ/TD/78/2011. 32 COMPOUND WALL, FENCING AND GATE WORKS NOTE:- For items of COMPOUND WALL, FENCING AND GATE WORKS notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-VIII ( COMPOUND WALL, FENCING AND GATE WORKS) shall also be applicable. 33 Provision of steel gate 5.50m wide in double leaf, including RCC (M-25) pillars, excavation and earth work, formwork, reinforcement bars, painting to steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, three coats of white wash over plastered surfaces of pillars complete all specified and shown on Drg No CEBZ/STD/104 of 2011. 34 Provision of steel gate 8.00m wide in double leaf, including RCC (M-25) pillars, excavation and earth work, formwork, reinforcement bars, painting to steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, three coats of white wash over plastered surfaces of pillars complete all specified and shown on Drg No CEBZ/STD/104 of 2011. 35 (CONDUIT FOR TV & TELEPHONE WIRING WORKS)NOTE:- For items of CONDUIT FOR TV & TELEPHONE WIRING WORKS notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-X ( CONDUIT FOR TV & TELEPHONE WIRING WORKS) shall also be applicable. 36 S&F RJ 11 telephone socket with shutter, 1 module including modular cover plate, metal flush box (16 gauge) concealed in wall/roof complete all as specified anddirected. 37 S&F RJ 45 computer jack with cat no 6 socket, 1 module including modular cover plate, metal flush box (16 gauge) concealled in wall/roof complete all as specified and directed. 38 SOLAR ROOF TOP SYSTEM)WORKS NOTE:- For items of SOLAR ROOF TOP SYSTEM)WORKS notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-XI ( SOLAR ROOF TOP SYSTEM)WORKS) shall also be applicable. 39 Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of ON Grid connected roof top solar generation system of capacity not less than 55 KWp AC capacity all as specified in PS and directed as per PS clause and specification as follows (for (For Adm Bldg):-(A) Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of not less than 55 KWp SPV system comprising of latest specification DCR solar photo voltic modules/array of high efficiency made of mono crystalline silicon solar PV cells with supply and fix of terminal box on the module havingprovision for opening & replacing the cable etc.as per IEC. The general features of PV modules shall be as given below :- a) The module shell be made up mono crystalline silicon cells.b) The interconnected cells shall be laminatedin vacuum to withstand adverse environmental conditions. c) The module frame is made of corrosion resistant materials, preferably having aluminium anodized finish. d) The minimum clearance between the lower edge of the modules & the developed ground level shall be 300 mm.e) Surge arresting devices to be provided at junction box and module shall be provided with bypass diode.f) The SPV module must be IEC 61215, IEC 61730 part I & part II, IEC 61701 certified from any of the accredited certifying agencies.g) Each solar PV module must be warranted by manufacturer at least 90% rated power at the end of 10 years & 80% at the end of 25 years. Note: Qty of PV module shall be decided as per OEM recommendation, design and layout drawing submitted to department duly approved by GE. 40 Note :-(i) Makes of panel provided shall be as per MNRE specification/ standard and registered in ALMM. (ii) 5% spare qty of modules shall be provided by the contractor for repair / replacement purpose. (iii) Addln module shall be provided / installed by the contractor to meet specified power output incase if the same not achived during testing and commissioning without any extra cost.(iv) Each PV module used in any solar power project must use a RF identification tag. The following information must be mentioned in the RFID used on each module:-(v) Name of the manufacturer of PV Module(vi) Name of the Manufacturer of Solar cells(vii) Month and year of the manufacture for solar cells and the module(viii) Country of origin (Make in INDIA only)(ix) I-Vcurve for the module(x) Wattage, Im, Vm and FF for the module(xi) Unique Serial No and Model No of the module(xii) Date and year of obtaining IEC PV module qualification certificate(xiii) Name of the test lab issuing EC certificate(xiv) Other relevant information on traceability of solar cells & module. 41 (B) Module Mounting Structure (MMS) :-Supply & fixing of the anti-corrosive factory made Gl structure on the RCC Roof for fixing of PV modules by fixing of suitable size fastner, spring washer, nuts & bolt. The minimum thickness of galvanization & mounting steel structure shall be as per IS 47592 & IS 2061-1992 respectively withstand the wind load of 180 Km/hr. as per IS 875. The array structure shall be fixed properly using maintenance free earthing kit. Note:-(i)The total load for roof top SPV should be less than 60 Kg/m2.(ii) The design of module mounting structure complying load withstand as per relevant IS alongwith fixing arrangement on roof shall be submittedby the contractor duly vetted from IIT/NIT/Govt Engg college for approval by GE.(iii) The material shall be corrosion resistant and electrolyticaly compatible with material used in module frame. (iv)The fasteners should be of stainless steel and should allow easy replacement of any module.(v) The minimum clearance of the structure from the roof level should be 300 mm. 42 (C) Solar DC Cables:- (i) Supply & laying of 1.1kv single core multi strandedPVC FRLSH insulated & unsheathed copper wire/ copper cable for 3 ph supply in ISI marked PVC rigid conduit pipe by saddling as per IEC. (For Solar Array DC supply connection). Note : (i) The size of cable shall be as per design given by OEM & approved by GE.(ii)Cable should be passes through PVC rigid pipe and pipe should be fixed properly inside cable tray for easily maintenance, is included in quoted rate(D) DC Combine boxA DC combine box shall be used to combine the DC cables of the solar module array with DC fuse protection for the outgoing DC cables to the DC distribution box. 43 (E) Array junction boxes_-The number of junction boxes as per design given by OEM are to be provided in the PV array for termination of connecting cables. All wire/cables must be terminated through cable lugs. Copper busbar/terminated blocks housed in the junction box conforming to IP 65 degree of protection with EPDM rubber gasket to prevent water entry. Junction boxes shall be mounted on the MMS such that they are easily accessible and protected from direct sunlight & harsh weather. (F) On Grid Power Conditioning unit ( Inverter):-Supply & installation of 415V 3-ph, 50 Hz microprocessor DSP type grid connected Inverters which converts DC energy produce by the solar array to AC energy such that it synchronizes with the existing AC power source on site. Provisioning of power manager to get all parameter details. The Inverter shall have inbuilt MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracker) feature so as to extract maximum power from PV modules & the MPPT units environmental testing should qualify IEC 60068-2 (1,2,14,30)/ Equivalent BIS standard. (The voltage variation of +/- 10% & frequency variation +/-3 Hz)Note :-(i) No of inverters shall be provisioned as per design given by OEM. (ii) Inverter should have internal protection arrangements against any sustainable fault in feeder line and against the lightning on feeder.(iii) Should have isolating transformer(iv) Inverter efficiency >93% with inbuilt galvanic isolation) (v) No load losses shall be less than 1% of rated power.(vi) The above quoted rate is inclusive of MS structure stand duly fixed and placing inverter. 44 (G) Solar meter & Net meter:-As per DISCOM requirement, to be provided at main MRS. Cost of Solar meter & Net meter, installation, connected accessories, necessory liasioning with DISCOM are included in quoted Rates. If DISCOM desires installation of above meters through deposit work including NOC if required, then cost of deposit shall be made by contractor and amount shall be included in quoted rates.(H) AC Distribution Board:-(i) Supply & installation of 415V 3-ph 50Hz AC distribution board control AC power from Inverter & provided by nacessary surge arrestors system and suitable capacity MCCBs.; Qty-01 No Note: ACDB shall be provided as per OEM design as approved by GE.(J) AC Cables:-(ii) Distribution wiring in 1.1kv single core multi stranded PVC FRLSH insulated & unsheathed copper wire fixed on wall on PVC batten or saddle(For AC power supply from Inverter to AC distribution board Panel).Note :- (i) The size of cable shall be as per design given by OEM & approved by GE. 45 (K) Protection:-The system shall be provided with all necessary protection like earthing, lightening & surge protection as per relevant standard.(L) Performance testing:-Ratio between the theoretical energy outputs of the SPV plant is termed as performance ratio and is measured in accordance with IEC 61724. Based on prevailing climatic and temperature conditions in India, a performance ratio of 75% is expected for crystalline modules. (M) Other Misc items:-As per requirement given by OEM and approved by GE to be provided.(N) Earthing:_As per MNRE specifications to be provided.(O) Lightening protection:-As per MNRE specifications to be provided.(P) Installation, Testing & Commissioning:-As per safety norms of SERC/CEA to be provided.(Q) O&M and Warranty:-5 years from the date of commissioning to be provided. 46 Note: The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive also of the following:-(i) Transportation charges with Transportation Insurance for the all material of on grid solar roof top system including loading & unloading at site from workshop.(ii) Insurance for the complete system for the 5 years.(iii) AMC-Suraksha which include 24 Hour site maintenance visits, response time 2 hrs and turn around time 48 hrs, Monthly plant performance report. (iv) As per performance obligation, the contractor shall maintain minimum capacity utilization factor (CUF) of 13%. The report shall be submitted by the contractor to GE as per guidelines promulgated by SECI. (v) Satisfactorily testing and commissioning of the system is to be done by the contractor in presence of the rep of accepting officer and the report of the complete system is submitted to department.(vi) Guarantee and warranty of solar panel and connected devices is to be submitted to department. (vii) The report of generated unit of solar power on monthly basis is to be submitted to office. 47 (viii) The cost of appropriate civil structure (Hot Dip Galvanised Iron structure) shall be included in quoted rate. The Civil structure incorporating Solar PV modules (arrays) should withstand the gusts of wind /cyclonic wind upto 150 km/hr from backside of panel.(ix) PV modules will be guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for 10 Years.(x) The contractor shall submitt design vetted from National Institute of Solar Energy or by Govt Institute authorised by MNRE or NISE or any reputed institute/ agency authorised.(xi) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all the components as specifed here-in-above as well as Particular Specification, unless otherwise specified.(xii). Suitable fastening arrangement such as grouting and calming should be provided to secure the installation against the specific wind speed. The Empanelled Agency shall be fully responsible for any damages to SPV System caused due to high wind velocity within guarantee period as per technical specification. 48 All as per the description of Serial Item No 39 here-in-before but of 35 kwp AC capacity (ONE for Single Living Accn & One for Cook House Cum Dining Hall ). 49 Supply and fixing heavy duty self priming monoblock pump for cleaning of Solar Panel through pressure and fitted on mild steel base plate, having discharge of 638 gallon/hour at a pressure head of 15-42m complete with standard accessories including 1-HP, single phse, 220V rating electric motor complete with DOL starter of suitable rating complete all as specified and directed. 50 Supply and fix flexible, anti-twist, weather resistant, UV resistant thick water hose PVC pipe of size 15mm nominal dia for optimal water flow with leak proof tap adapter compatible with delivery pipe of mono-block pump (as specified in above item) with suitable reducer/enlarger with clamp for cleaning and washing of solar panels complete all as specified and directed.
