2009 Part I. 117 Supply and draw submain wiring with two single core 6 sqmm FR PVC insulated copper cable 1100 volts grade multistrand, unseathed conductor drawn into FR PVC casing and caping and all necessary fittings including 6 sqmm multi strand FR PVC insulated copper wire for earth continuty conductor connected to common earth dollycompleteall as specified and directed. 118 Supply & fixing of Bldg security light fitting LED 30/40 W, pressure die cast housingepoxy powder coating IP -65, connected with and including 0.5 sqmm flexible copper multistranded conductor cable including security light bracket made to shape out of GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade, 1.5 mtr length and fixed with MS Calmps of size 40x5 mm- 02 nos ,nuts, bolts and washers on wall. all as specified and directed. 119 M&L for onlyPVC concealed conduit pipe 20 mm dia medium grade ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.( For AFNET Wire) 120 Supply, laying, and testing galvanised iron pipes of50 mm bore medium grade with ISI Marked with all necessary fittings ( such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces of medium grade pipe, connectors, back-nuts, caps, plugs and unions etc.) layingin trenches/ floors/ ducts and also cutting pipes, screwing,and for making forged bends on piping as required, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 121 Supply and lay pipe galvanized, “Medium class”, including fittings 25 mm dia (1”) dia 122 M&L for cutting of existing CI/GI pipe line for insertion of tee and tail piece and jointing material copmlete all as specified 123 Supply and fix Valve, stop, screwed, 25 mm (1”) dia pipe. 124 Supply and fix Valve, stop, screwed, 50 mm (1”) dia pipe. 125 Valve pit masonary of size 600x600x600 mm for valve constructed complete with MS sheet cover and locking arrangement etc. 126 Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. 127 Material and labourfor sandcushioning to under ground Cable ( 15 cm thick before laing and 8 cm thick after laying the cable )complete all as specified and directed.Note :- Punned down thickness shall be considered for messurement 18 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge. 128 Supply and layingBricks comman burnt clay building bricks Old size with sub class B Designation 75. complete all as specified & directed. 129 S&FGI tube light grade 50mm dia with all fitting and laid in floors, under road, pavement or hard standing for protection of earthing strip including takingout GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.
