Construction Work – Disclosure Hofbächlein. The Municipality Of Rorschacherberg Intends To Open The Hofbächlein From Above Heidenerstrasse To Below Hofstrasse Over A Length Of Almost 200 M And To Define The Water Area. This Is Done With A View To Flood Safety And A Revitalization Of The Channel And Is Carried Out In Coordination With The Planned New Developments On Plots 347 And 348. The Body Of Water Also Crosses A Former Garbage Dump, Which Can Be Preserved. The Project Includes The Channel With Ramp And Threshold Sections And 2 Culverts, 1 Agricultural Bridge As Well As A New Plot Access With A Retaining Wall And An Adaptation Of The Existing Sidewalk. Chilling Walls Are Intended To Provide Temporary Support For The Excavation Pit. The Tender Covers The Civil Engineering And Construction Work.
