Housekeeping Services – Housekeeping And Waste Management Services (Household Waste, Selective Sorting, Bulky Items) From Logial-Coop Offices Located In Val-De-Marne (94) And Essonne (91). The Purpose Of The Consultation Presentation Is To Provide Housekeeping Services And Waste Management (Household Waste, Selective Sorting, Bulky Items) For Logial-Coop Offices Located In The Departments Of Val-De-Marne (94) And Essonne (91). The Contract Is Partly Handled By A Fixed Global Price And Partly By Purchase Orders. - Flat Rate Part: Housekeeping And Waste Management Services - Purchase Order Part: One-Off Housekeeping Services And Possible Additional Services Not Included In The Flat Rate Part. The Services Concerned Are Described In The Cctp And Its Annexes. The Execution Of Services Is Subject To An Obligation Of Result Under The Conditions Described In The Cctp. The Holder Must Therefore Implement All Necessary Means To Obtain The Guarantee Of Results. In Accordance With The Provisions Of The National Collective Agreement For Property Companies And Associated Services Of July 26, 2011 (Annex 7 Of The Professional Agreement) And Article L.1224-1 Of The Labor Code, The Successful Bidder Is Subject To The Obligation To Take Over The Staff Of The Holder Of The Previous Cleaning Contract. The Contract Is Not Broken Down Into Batches In Accordance With Articles L2113-10 And L2113-11 Of The Public Procurement Code. Indeed, The Homogeneity Of The Services Does Not Allow Them To Be Divided Up And The Small Scope Of Intervention Would Result In A Significant Additional Financial Cost. The Market Is Not Broken Down Into Optional Tranches. Optional Variations Are Not Permitted. The Contracting Authority Does Not Impose The Costing Of Any Mandatory Variant.
