Tender For Civil Structural Architectural Works For Ambient Air Heater Package At Indianoil Petronas Private Limited; 1 Boring, providing and installation 600 mm dia bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement (Sulphate Resisting Portlandcement as per IS 12330) concrete piles of grade M-30 Concrete (350 Kg SR Cement /Cum) of specified diameter and length below pile cap, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of concrete, boring with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out and removal of same and the length of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap,temporary approach arrangement for making pile, mud pit, removal slush after completing the pile work etc. by Crawler mounted, telescopic boom hydraulic pilling Rig all complete, including removal of excavated earth with all its lifts and leads (length of pile for payment shall be measured up to bottom of pile cap). Note: Truck Mounted rotary/TMR/Tube well boring machine shall not be used. 2 Pile Chipping up to 1m or Hard Concrete and Finishing for Pile Cap. Rate including removal of rebris within site premises as directed by Incharge. 3 Vertical load testing of piles in accordance with IS 2911 (Part IV) including installation of loading platform by Kentledge/Anchor piles method and preparation of pile head or construction of test cap and dismantling of test cap after test etc. complete as per specification & the direction of Engineer in-charge. Note: 1. Initial and Routine Load Test shall not be carried out by Dynamic method of testing. Note: 2. Testing agency shall submit the design of loading platform for the approval of Engineer-in-charge. Safe capacity of Pile is 100 to 125 Tonne. Initial Pile Load test (Test Load 2.5 times the Safe capacity) 4 Vertical load testing of piles in accordance with IS 2911 (Part IV) including installation of loading platform by Kentledge/Anchor piles method and preparation of pile head or construction of test cap and dismantling of test cap after test etc. complete as per specification & the direction of Engineer in-charge. Routine Pile Load test (Test Load 1.5 times the Safe capacity) 5 Lateral load testing of single pile in accordance with IS : Code of practice IS: 2911 (Part IV) for determining safe allowable lateral load on pile : Upto 7.5 tonne capacity pile 6 Demolishingany cement concrete (RCC/PCC) manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material outside premises at an unobjectionable place as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 7 DEMOLITION BRICKWORK Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within site premises up to 1000 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 8 Earth workexcavation in All kinds of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (any size, any depth) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 1000 m within the site premises and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The rate shall also include filling back available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 15cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including compacted up to 95% to its MDD carrying field density test to a certain compaction of soil complte in all respect as per scope of work, detailed construction drawing, as per technical specification as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Excavation measurement restricted to PCC/Sand/GSB filling dimension. 9 GRANULAR SUB BASE (GSB) Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm) 10 FILLING WITH LOCAL EARTH Supply & filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport also including ramming & watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth at any place. Rate including compacted up to 95% to its MDD carrying field density test to a certain compaction of soil complte in all respect as per scope of work, detailed construction drawing, as per technical specification as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, for all lift. 11 PCC 1:3:6 / M-10 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-ll) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 12 REINFORCEMENT CEMENT CONCRETE Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix M-30 (with minimum cement content of 350 kg /cum) cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Sulphate Resisting Portlandcement IS 12330, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads, staging,scaffolding; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, special finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge. Note: A minimum of 350 kg of cement per cubic meter shall be used. No additional payment will be made if more than 350 kg is used to achieve M30 grade concrete; the contractor shall bear the extra cost. Rate including staging and scaffolding etc., 22 PLASTERING Providing and laying cement plaster on surfaces with fine sand including curing etc.20mm Cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand).Rate including staging and scaffolding etc., 23 CEMENT PUNNING Neat cement punning. 24 CHICKEN MESH Providing & fixing galvanized chicken wire net 20 Gauge, 20 mm mesh size in plastering work at the junction of RCC Columns/ Beams & brickwork as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 25 CEMENT CONCRETE FLOORING 52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1 :2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer’s specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 26 HOT DIPPED GALVANIZED STRUCTURAL STEEL Supplying, Fabricating & Erecting at all levels in position steel structures fabricated out of hot dipped galvanized MS Girders, channels, Tees, angle, flats, plate, gratings, square hollow sections pipes etc. conforming to IS:2062 and/or from Hot finished welded type tubes/pipes conforming to IS:1161 for structural purpose for sheds, supports (Including cradle supports, pipe shoe, U Bolts, structural supports, Anchor Fasteners, Embedded Steel, Reinforcement Pad etc.) cat ladder, SS Tube supports, SS tube trench covers, Fencing Gate etc. of any size/dia for required design including cutting, welding, bolting,hoisting, fixing in position. The work is to be completed in all respect as per specification ,scope of work,detailed construction drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.Rate including staging and scaffolding wherever required for erection and all other machineries, equipments etc., 27 FIRE SCREEN GI SHEET Supplying, fabricating, welding, bolting, riveting, assembling, and temporarily erecting a fire screen wall up to 6.0 meters high around the licensed area or facilities, using 1mm GI corrugated sheets with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m², including all necessary accessories, staging, and scaffolding as per the alignment provided by the site engineer; maintaining the installation until completion of the Air Heating Project commissioning, followed by dismantling and safekeeping of GI sheets and structural members at IPPL scrap premises as directed by the engineer-in-charge. Precoated aluminium Gutter (600 mm over all girth) 32 EXTERIOR PAINT Providing and applying two coats of high performance elastomeric anti carbonation water based acrylic polymer coating Dekguard E 2000 over the prepared concrete surface and primed with Dekguard WB Primer to achieve thickness of 200 microns. The surface imperfections if any shall be smoothly rendered using Renderoc FC. The coating shall have excellent barrier to carbon di oxide, chloride ions, sulphates, oxygen, water. Withstands substrate crack accommodation upto 2mm & cyclic movement up to 1mm. It shall have high UV resistance and highly durable in all climatic conditions. Percentage of water absorption, permeability & depth of carbonation shall be nil while compared against control concrete. The quoted rate shall include all material, surface preparation, tools, scaffoldings, safety equipment, labours, etc complete as per manufacturer’s specification.The rate shall include staging and scaffolding. 33 INTERIOR PAINT Wall painting with one Coat primer and Two coats of premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. The rate shall include staging and scaffolding. 34 BITUMASTIC PAINT Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.The rate shall include staging and scaffolding. 35 HAND RAIL Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including hot dipping galvanizing of the steel section. Rate including primer and Two Coats enamel painting.The rate shall include staging and scaffolding. 36 GROUTING Providing grouting in pockets/ bases etc(As per Technical specification), cost of grouting, including supply of materials shall be covered in the unit rates. Rates shall include cost of labour, supervision,deployment of tools & tackles, consumables, materials and other associated arrangements required to execute all the related activities. Grouting using Free flow non shrinkable grout material CONBEXTRAGP-2 or approved equivalent etc.The rate shall include staging and scaffolding. 37 SUBGRADE COMPACTION Preparation and consolidation of sub-grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth outside the property boundary in the un-disputed areas as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 38 MANHOLE COVER & FRAME Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality M D - 10 Circular shape 500 mm internal diameter 39 PVC WATER STOPPER Providing and Placing in position suitable PVC water stops conforming to IS:12200 for construction/ expansion joints between two RCC members and fixed to the reinforcement with binding wire before pouring concrete etc. complete : Serrated with central bulb (225 mm wide, 8-11 mm thick) 40 CHEMICAL GROUTING OF REINFORCEMENT Chemical grouting of reinforcement steel of 16 mm to 20 mm dia rebar with 22 / 28 mm dia hole of 220 / 280 mm depth including making hole in concrete / masonry surface as required at site by using HILTI make driller with HY150 chemical compound for nserting the reinforcement after drilling and air jet cleaning etc complete, at any level, etc complete. Rate shall include all charges and preparation of surface, cutting of reinforcement, cleaning the surface, staging, scaffolding and working platform, application of necessary chemical as per manufactures specification with necessary tools and equipments, removal of debris from the site,all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 41 EXPANSION JOINTS Providing and fixing pre-moulded joint filler in expansion joints of RCC roads / CC pavements after making the joints dust free with high pressure air jet cleaners, all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
