Tender For Provision Of Arboriculture At Ins Eksila Under Dgnp(V); 1 Phase-I(Execution of Work) 2 Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm and averaging 15 cm in soft loose soil, getting out and making proper slope towards drain/road, complete all as specified and directed. 3 Material and labour for filling the area with fertile sweet earth obtained from outside the MD land mixed with manure and pesticides suitable for gardening including levelling the area in the portion of 1:2:5 complete all as specified and directed. 4 Material and labour for filling with bio-organic manure obtained from outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed. 5 Supply and laying of Carpet Grass calcutta doop green or its equivalent in ground including necessery manures etc., complete all as specified and directed. 6 Supply of plants in different colours with decorative PCC pots with approx. size 0.30x0.30x0.45, complete all as specified and directed. 7 Excavating of soft/loose soil in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc. 0.5 cum, getting out, planting of trees plant selected spalings of verieties of height up to 100cm with proporationate stem growth and good root system, returning, filling with providing sand, bio organic manure(semi dry cow dung) and earth in the portion of 1:2:5, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Supply of Plant will be measured and paid separately) 8 Supply only Crotons/Ashoka/Eucalyptus. 9 Supply only planting of flower sapling of specified variety. 10 Supply only planting of flower sapling of bushes and creepers specified variety (Arceria) 11 Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2, using 40mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate as in foundation lean concrete underneath pile/pile cap etc., complete all as specified and directed. 12 Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C1, using 20mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate as in copings, complete all as specified and directed. 13 Material and labour for continuous brick edging(using fly ash old size brick), with width equal to the depth of the brick, laid dry on edge, complete all as specified and directed. 14 Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces including finishing even and fair, complete all as specified and directed. 15 Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed. 16 Supply and fixing for galvanised steel water tubing 40mm bore of pipe, medium grade conforming to IS:1239 (Part I) including all fittings (such as bends, tees, elbows, reducers, unions, sockets etc), laid in trenches/drains, including testing, complete all as specified. 17 Supply and fixing for galvanised steel water tubing 25mm bore of pipe, medium grade conforming to IS:1239 (Part I) including all fittings (such as bends, tees, elbows, reducers, unions, sockets etc), laid in trenches/drains, including testing, complete all as specified and as directed. 18 Supply and fixing for gun metal globe or gate vlave of 40mm bore, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed, complete all as specified and as directed. 19 Supply and fixing for 25mm dia stop valve, cast copper alloy screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe, complete all as specified and as directed. 20 Removing excavated material exc. 5.0 km but n. exc. 10 km and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed. 21 Total amount of Phase-I(Execution of Work) 22 Phase-II(Maintenance Period) 23 Maintaining the planted Carpet Grass calcutta doop green/hedge (Golden/Brown)/ tree planted by watering daily and supplying manuring with urea @25 Grams/Sqm monthly for the grass and as required for hedge/Plant and supplying insecticides as required for a period of 24(twenty-four) months and hand over after completion of maintenance period in good condition, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: The payment will be released after successfully completion of maintenance period).
