WORK 29 Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. 30 Fixed to steel windows by welding 31 STEEL WORK 32 Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. 33 FINISHING 34 12 mm cement plaster of mix: 35 1:4(1 cement: 4 fine sand) 36 Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer"s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. 37 On steel work 38 Dismantling and Demolishing 39 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material outside the campus at contractors account as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. 40 Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (including equivalent design mix) 41 Demolishingbrickworkmanually/bymechanicalmeansincluding stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material outside the campus at contractor"s account as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 42 In cement mortar 43 Dismantling of flexible pavement (bituminous courses) by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled material outside the campus at contractor"s account as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 44 ROAD WORK 45 Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed ofsand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 46 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour design and pattern. 47 WATER SUPPLY 48 Providing and fixing Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (UPVC) pipes of specified pressure rating for domestic water supply, conforming to IS:4985 including all UPVC plain & brass threaded fittings(as per IS:7834/IS:10124). This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with solvent cement, testing of joints, trenching, refilling, complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. External work 49 10kgf/cm2 Pressure rating 50 25mm nominal dia pipes 51 32mm nominal dia pipes 52 63mm nominal dia pipes 53 110mm nominal dia pipes 54 DRAINAGE 55 Supplying and fixing Fibre Reinforced Plastic(FRP)cover with frame for manholes 56 600x600mm square FRP cover (Light duty) the weight of the cover to be not less than 14kg 57 WATER PROOFING 58 Providing and laying water proofing treatment over the concrete surface by applying cement based two component polymer modified water proofing slurry coating (SIKA Topseal 109 or equivalent)after cleaning the surface free from scale, rust, grease, oil etc. preparing the surface to be true and flat and saturatedmixing the liquid (A) and powder (B) components in the required ratio, applying in required number of coats with a suitable interval for hardening in between and finally finished by rubbing down with a soft, dry sponge including protecting the applied surface from direct sunlight and strong wind and curing by gunny bags or polythene sheeting upto 5 days etc. complete as per manufacturer recommendations.
