General Procurement Notice for Construction and Equipping of Three Multimodal Interchange Hubs (Saint Jean Intersection, La Vie Intersection, Petro Ivoire Intersection in Angré). An agreement will be signed with AGEROUTE. This delegated project management agreement between AMUGA and AGEROUTE aims to support the effective implementation of the BRT works. Through this agreement, AMUGA, as the Project Implementation Agency, will entrust AGEROUTE with the provision of advice and technical support for monitoring progress, achieving results, and measuring indicators related to the Boulevard Latrille works. AGEROUTEs specific responsibilities include: (i) providing advisory support for supervising the BRT construction works and (ii) providing technical assistance to ensure the achievement of project objectives in the implementation of the BRT works, including the construction of roads and stations. Procurement financed by the Islamic Development Bank will be carried out in accordance with the Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods, Works and Related Services under Islamic Development Bank-Financed Projects (current edition) and are open to all eligible bidders, as defined in those Guidelines. Procurement of consulting services will be carried out in accordance with the Guidelines for the Procurement of Consulting Services under Islamic Development Bank-Financed Projects (2019 edition, revised February 2023). Specific procurement notices for acquisitions to be made by International Competitive Bidding reserved for Member Countries (ICB/MCB) or National Competitive Bidding (NCB) and calls for expressions of interest for consultant services will be published as they become available, on the IDB website, UNDP Online and local media.
