Procurement Plan forConstruction, Completion, and Maintenance of Roads and Other Services in Plot No. (4) in the Sabah Al Salem Area. Detailed Objectives: - Developing infrastructure in the area to serve 58 plots, which will contribute to bringing residents closer in the Sabah Al Salem area. - Facilitating traffic flow on the road, leading to greater fluidity for road users. - Accommodating future traffic volumes in view of the urban expansion in the surrounding areas. - Establishing new infrastructure to serve the plots allocated for the project by providing them with services from the Ministry of Electricity & Water, sanitary drainage services, telephone services, and other necessary services for the plots. - Developing the local road network to accommodate the expected traffic with the population increase and urban expansions in the surrounding areas and solving the problem of traffic congestion. Scope of Work: The purpose of the project is to connect the residential plots of the project (Plot 4) with the rest of the areas plots. A complete infrastructure will be established to serve the concerned plots, which will raise the service level of the road network in the area. This includes the design, maintenance, and development of infrastructure roads, including all services, in addition to sanitary and rainwater drainage networks in the Sabah Al Salem area, Plot (4). It consists of one lane in each direction with a width of (8m) and a setback in front of the plots allocated by the Kuwait Municipality with a width of (3.5-4m) to connect the residential plots of the project (Plot 4) with the rest of the areas plots.
