The Procurement Is Linked To The Management Of Eea Funds In The Funding Period 2021-2028. The Main Purpose Of The Assignment Is To Establish A Contact Point For Cooperation Between Norway And Civil Society In Recipient Countries Of The Eea Funds. For The Funding Period 2021-2028, Around 300 Million Euros Will Be Used To Support Civil Society In The Recipient Countries. The 15 Recipient Countries Are Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Croatia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, The Czech Republic And Hungary. The Administration Of The Support To Civil Society Under The Eea Funds Is Organized Through The Establishment Of Independent Funds In The Recipient Countries, Which Are Managed On A Daily Basis By A Local Fund Operator. The Main Purpose Of The Assignment Is To Assist In Establishing Contact And Facilitate Cooperation Between Civil Society In Norway And Civil Society In The Recipient Countries Under The Civil Society Fund. In Addition, It Is Intended To Inform Norwegian Civil Society About Opportunities For Cooperation In Other Programs Under The Eea Funding Arrangements. The Assignment Is Ongoing From The Time The Contract Is Signed Until 31 December 2031, With The Possibility Of An Extension Of 1 Year. Options Of 6 Months Can Be Triggered By The Client A Maximum Of 2 Times. Estimated Value For The Acquisition Is Between Nok 11.5 And 15 Million Excl. Vat
